We are often asked about any number of education-related topics so we've put together a list of some people who can help. Over the years we've met tutors, advocates, therapists, and others who are passionate about serving the needs of ALL students.
If you need help finding a tutor, advocating for your neurodivergent learner, learning more about homeschooling, or maybe just navigating education options for you or your kids, check out the list below and be sure to check back on occasion as we add more.
Tutoring
Study better by studying differently. Specializing in neurodivergent learners we offer tutoring in many subjects, including but not limited to; honing academic skills, test prep, GED prep, reading comprehension, critical thinking, comprehensive study skills, literature and poetics, and/or writing and composition.

Chess is intuitive, fun, and great for brain development in all ages. Specializing in ages 7-14, our programs allow every student to choose their path, and remain engaged while moving between a host of activities specially designed to help make chess both challenging and exciting!
Advocacy
Nakata Consulting's mission is to provide families with professional planning and advocacy services. The three keys to this mission are solutions, strategies, and support. Our goal is to build relationships, by sharing knowledge and expertise in an approachable, solution-oriented manner.
